No. All prices on this page are net of VAT. EU business customers with a valid VAT ID are reverse-charged (no VAT added to the invoice). Non-business customers within the EEA are charged the Slovak standard rate of 23%. Customers outside the EEA aren't charged VAT at all. The exact VAT (if any) is calculated at checkout based on your billing details.

The full year is paid upfront: 12 × 149€ = 1,788€ for twelve months of Access at the discounted rate, instead of 12 × 199€ = 2,388€ on the standard monthly plan. That is a 600€ saving for paying annually. The 14-day money-back window from the first payment applies as on any plan; cancellations after that follow the standard procedure documented in the Terms of Service. Most clients renew because the operational lift gets bigger, not smaller, the second year in.

The server tiers below are for Webnestify Access customers. I do not sell server rentals as a standalone product (only on prior agreement). For servers you already rent elsewhere, the standalone Server Management service in the Additional Services tab covers the management layer. Once you are an Access customer, adding any server from the tiers list is just the listed server price. There is no additional Access fee on top.

Yes. Three website migrations are included with Webnestify Access (or scoped via mutual agreement for larger setups). Each additional site beyond the included three is a flat 35€. The move covers cPanel, Plesk, Cloudways, SiteGround, Kinsta, WP Engine, or whatever you're on today. Parallel-test on the new infrastructure, then DNS-cut over once everything checks out. Zero downtime is the typical outcome.

We talk. The standard plan covers most agency-scale workloads, but if your traffic, data, or team size pushes past it, we upgrade the underlying servers and adjust the engagement accordingly. The price changes only after we have agreed on the change. No surprise bills.

Custom application development, brand design, and content creation. I run your infrastructure end-to-end, but I am not your dev shop. If you need code written for new features, that is a separate engagement (or we bring in a partner). The Terms of Service also formally exclude web application management and SMTP server provision from the base managed plan; both are available as add-ons or via the Managed Email Security engagement when needed.

Yes. The 199€/month plan is month-to-month. Cancel any time with at least 10 days notice before the next billing date, submitted through the ticketing system at crm.webnestify.cloud (the only accepted cancellation channel per the Terms of Service). The 149€/month plan is the discounted version that requires the 12-month commitment in exchange.
